Presenting: The Neil Codling Birthday Present Project

As we all know the fifth of December is Neil’s 37th birthday. For the first time in 10 year, Neil will celebrate his birthday on tour with Suede and to celebrate this special occasion we at Fuck Yeah Neil Codling, decided to give him a special present after the Amsterdam gig. We realize that buying a present for someone you don’t personally know can be difficult and mildly embarrassing (both for us and him!), so we thought of simply collecting fan messages/fanarts/whatever you want , and make them into a book which will be given to Neil. We think this is a lovely way to prove our love and admiration for him without getting too personal or intrusive.

If you want to take part to this project all you have to do is send us the material you would like Neil to have (everything is ok : short messages, long messages, letters, drawings, even videos if you wish: we will burn them into a DVD). Something serious / something funny / something lovely / something long / something short (even just happy birthday, if you wish!)  anything will do!

If you want to send him an item or something phycal (i.e. a plushie), it’s ok as long as you take arrangements with us in time so we’ll receive all the material before leaving for the tour.

We will accept submissions until the 24th of November.
